The hotel's location is fantastic, just 50 meters from Espana plaza and at the beginning of Gran Via street. The rooms are quite spacious by European standards, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind, although the hotel seems a bit aged. The dining options are very basic. However, the silence and the safety of the room were perfect.
